We at East Texas Machine Works, Inc. work with customers from a variety of industries and locations. We realize that the information given to us to quote on and for the performance of our services for the customer is important to the profitable operations of the customer and in many cases is of a sensitive and proprietary nature. We treat all customer information with care and respect of that relationship. Specifications, drawings, and other customer information will not be shared with any representatives of any other customer unless expressly requested by an authorized representative of the  customer. Information will not be shared with any outside vendors except as required to perform the services for the customer and will be done with the full knowledge of the customer.

If the information you give us is of a particularly sensitive nature we request that you inform us of that fact so we can handle it accordingly.
